Wildix, a pioneering provider of UC&C and the only European UCaaS vendor recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, today announced its “PayMyBill” program, a significant addition to the Wildix Management Portal (WMP) designed to not only simplify billing and payment processes for its partners but also offer them substantial financial incentives. The program is a testament to Wildix’s dedication to improving both operational efficiency and financial opportunities for its global partner network.

The PayMyBill program supports various payment methods tailored to the needs of partners worldwide. European partners can use SEPA, and in the UK, Bacs Direct Debit is available. For partners in the United States, options include ACH Direct Debit, Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Canadian partners can use pre-authorized debits, Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. A major feature, introduced in May 2023, allows partners to automate their invoice payments, facilitating timely and effortless transactions.

A standout aspect of the PayMyBill initiative is its reward system for early payment. Partners who settle their invoices one month ahead receive a 1% rebate, while those who pay two weeks before the due date are rewarded with a 0.5% rebate. This tiered incentive structure encourages partners to be even more proactive with their payments. The program balances these incentives with a penalty system for late payments, wherein daily fees are applied to overdue invoices to promote punctuality.

To assist partners in navigating this system, Wildix has updated the WMP with a comprehensive dashboard. This platform offers an intuitive overview of billing status,

payment activities and details of earned rewards or incurred penalties, ensuring transparency and ease of financial management.

Since its launch, the PayMyBill program has proven effective, returning a total of over $16,000 to partners through early payment incentives, illustrating its success in fostering mutually beneficial relationships with Wildix partners.

Wildix invites its partners to leverage the PayMyBill program, which aims to streamline billing processes while offering financial rewards for proactive payment behaviors.
