Via Index Engines’ Octane platform, ESP will have access to high-speed indexing, de-duplication, de-NISTING, and the initial culling of online electronic data at no charge.
Access to ESI content will remain secure and locked, but can be queried by keyeword or custodian identifier to generate a responsibe set of custodians. Then the relevant user data can be unlocked. The partner or client then purchases custodian ‘unlock” keys only for the relevant custodian data.
Using a single platform to index, search, and extract ESI from all sources is critical to meeting deadlines and managing costs.
