MSPs can use the Spiceworks social business network to track and manage online backups for SMBs.
Backup and recovery solutions provider VaultLogix has integrated its Internet Vault Advantage offering with the social business network Spiceworks. By integrating in this way, the Internet Vault Advantage can be accessed via Spiceworks so that MSPs can more easily login to track and manage their online backups.
The Spiceworks application automatically recognizes an instance of the IV-Advantage client on a monitored device, and then presents the user with online backup information. Spiceworks users can take advantage of this integration simply by installing the 5.1.69134 upgrade of the Spiceworks application.
The Internet Vault integration for Spiceworks is available free of cost to any IT user leveraging both Internet Vault Advantage and Spiceworks.
