VARs can now upload, view, and maintain VoIP network design configurations via the IP communications distributor’s website.
IP communications, data networking, and security product distributor Jenne Inc. has launched an online tool for Avaya resellers. Called the Jenne Design Center, the offering enables VARs to upload, view, and maintain network design configurations for Avaya in real time.
The portal, which launched last month and is now available to Avaya-authorized Jenne resellers, is designed to enable VARs to build a complete VoIP solution based on customized product and pricing criteria.
“By accessing the Jenne Design Center,” states Jenne in a press release submitted to Channel Pro-SMB, “resellers can stay informed 24/7 as a solution design progresses and elect to receive notifications as each phase is completed.”
“Over the course of any system design, there are many elements that come into play: pricing, SAP upload, testing and of course configuration changes,” adds Jim Karaffa, Jenne’s director of training and technical services. “Our new portal proactively ensures the entire team stays informed anytime a design specialist touches the design.” †
