An updated version of Autotask Endpoint Management (AEM) is now available from†Autotask, a provider of hosted IT business management software. The latest version includes several new features and improvements to further extend its unification with the Autotask IT Business Management platform.

This update of AEM brings improvements to the Autotask synchronization process. Support tickets in the business management platform now have full bi-directional status, severity, assignment, and notes synchronization. The customer creation process has also been improved for service providers managing large numbers of clients.
Comprehensive integrations with endpoint security and backup solutions have also been added, and can be accessed by contacting sales@autotask.com.
The new Network Management capabilities are designed to help IT service providers detect and monitor critical network SNMP-capable devices at client sites. Customers can get new pre-configured monitor components for their network devices for free by accessing the ComStore accessible in the AEM product.

Additionally, the Splashtop remote takeover service is now tightly integrated in the AEM platform. It can be deployed automatically and offers a fast remote screen share experience.
