PlanetOne Expands Channel Development Team

Celebrated locally and nationally as one of the best places to work, PlanetOne, the IT and telecom industry’s preferred connectivity partner, announced Lanny Gray has joined its award-winning team as Vice President of Business Development. Additionally, Tanya Palmateer is now part of the work hard, play hard PlanetOne sales team, serving as an Inside Sales Manager for key strategic accounts. 

As Vice President of Business Development, Gray is responsible for leading PlanetOne’s national partner recruitment efforts. “We are thrilled to have Lanny driving our partner recruitment efforts and working closely with our sales teams to help us identify high-potential channel partners who are serious about expanding their book of business and adding more monthly recurring revenue,” said Ted Schuman, Founder and CEO, PlanetOne. “Lanny joins PlanetOne with twenty plus years of accomplishments and relationships in the telecom industry. His unique skill set stems from a successful career with a Master Agent, as well as more recently with Navisite and Comcast.”

Palmateer joins PlanetOne from TPx Communications, where she served as Senior Channel Manager. With a ten year career in the telecom channel, she also served as a Partner Business Manager for ShoreTel. “Tanya’s experience in customer services and partner engagement, along with her vast knowledge surrounding UCaaS will serve PlanetOne partners tremendously well,” said Jonathan Hartman, Vice President of Sales, PlanetOne. “In this new role she is working closely with many of our top partners across the country to help them drive success through cloud-based connectivity solutions. We are excited to welcome Tanya to the PlanetOne team.”
