The new offering allows third-party software makers like early adopters Datto and Dropbox to publish automated “runbooks” that help MSPs quickly adopt standard, proven operating procedures for their products.

Though it will reach market a little later than previously planned, the end-to-end offering remains very much on its way, according to the managed service software maker’s CEO.

But NOT a merger with SolarWinds MSP, according to Michael George (pictured), who in an interview with ChannelPro this morning addressed the questions Continuum’s partners most want answered.

The deal transfers ownership of the managed services software maker from private equity firm Summit Partners to the same investment firm that owns SolarWinds, and with it Continuum competitor SolarWinds MSP.
