OAISYS, a contact center management provider, has launched version 7.2 of its Talkument and Tracer call recording software, with new features. The new software features expanded voice documentation compliance capabilities and a new Archiving Appliance offering.
Tracer and Talkument version 7.2 offer new features and functionalities, including:
- Archival Database – automatic, targeted relocation from a primary database to an archival database that enables instant search
- Call slicing – allows users to separate a single recording into multiple recordings
- Call merging – users can merge the segments of two or more recordings into a single recording
- Call redacting – users can highlight a section of the recording and play silence over the audio
- Call segment exporting – export specific segments of a call as a WAV
The Archiving Appliance is designed to archive up to one million call records for secure and instant access. Existing features include Portable Voice Document recording technology, restricted information access, digital watermarking, and variable data lifecycle management.
