Additional interface and functionality upgrades have been presented in SysAid’s iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, and Windows Phone 7 mobile apps.

The release’s upgraded Password Services module now includes interactive logon architecture, enabling users to directly access the Password Services wizard from their Windows logon screen without IT department involvement.

Another new feature of SysAid IT 8.5 is an Asset Management Dashboard that provides IT administrators with the ability to track all servers, software, and asset functions with a complete 360-degree, birds-eye view.
