ConnectWise, an IT business management provider, has expanded its ConnectWise Support service hours to 24/7/363 to better assist its partners. The new “round the clock” email and phone support will be provided by employees in ConnectWise’s office in Tampa, Fla.
IT service providers will certainly find this beneficial. Their hours go beyond the regular 9-5, and 24 hour help 7 days a week will ensure that they are efficiently managing their customers’ IT needs.
ConnectWise chat support hours will remain the same and are available Monday through Friday between 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern time, and 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. As in the past, support services will be closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, and ConnectWise partner training sessions will continue to be held between the hours of 8 a.m. and midnight EST.
