The latest step in a long-term effort to make Managed Workplace the most security-focused product of its kind, the new integration lets technicians deploy Content Shield agents and view security-related metrics without exiting the RMM tool they use all day.

The new hosting option, which is designed to boost performance by tapping into the scale and reach of Microsoft’s extensive global data center network, is part of a new web application bundle that lets users buy all the cloud security tools they need in one place.

Announced by CEO Jason Magee (pictured), the blockbuster deals add BDR, security, and documentation to a lineup that already included RMM, PSA, quoting, and remote control, positioning ConnectWise to offer one of the industry’s most complete portfolios for MSPs.

Aimed at organizations with fewer than 25 employees, the new system utilizes a cloud-based artificial intelligence to identify and block top-ranked threats.

New features across the portfolio are designed to simplify and secure IoT solutions from cloud to the edge, according to Azure IoT executive Sam George (pictured).

The new offerings include a platform for adding workflow automation apps to multifunction printers, a centralized console for managing MFPs and their apps remotely, and tools for securing that hardware and software.
