Members of the vendor’s MSP Connect partner program can now purchase Sophos Managed Threat Response and Sophos Cloud Optix at pay-as-you-go rates that align with recurring revenue cash flow models.

Technicians can now deploy Bitdefender protection on Windows, Mac, and Linux endpoints, track installation progress, and monitor update status through the Datto RMM interface.

The latest step in a long-term effort to make Managed Workplace the most security-focused product of its kind, the new integration lets technicians deploy Content Shield agents and view security-related metrics without exiting the RMM tool they use all day.

Announced by CEO Jason Magee (pictured), the blockbuster deals add BDR, security, and documentation to a lineup that already included RMM, PSA, quoting, and remote control, positioning ConnectWise to offer one of the industry’s most complete portfolios for MSPs.

Introduced in conjunction with The 20’s annual VISION conference this week, the reduced rates apply to SimplySecure 6.5, a new edition of Beachhead’s flagship encryption and access control solution that shipped last week.

The new offering lets partners new to security or looking to expand an existing practice offer mix-and-match combinations of SIEM, firewall, and other managed security services from leading vendors, according to SYNNEX exec Reyna Thompson (pictured).

Enhancements unveiled today include new managed detection and response capabilities, a solution MSPs can use to better protect their own assets, and new automation functionality for the vendor’s RMM solution.

The managed threat hunting, detection, and response service is designed to let users of the vendor’s Intercept X endpoint security solution combine that system’s behavior-based AI with expertise from skilled analysts to act on threats faster and more effectively.
