Intronis Unveils New Partner Success Resources

The resources provide partners with business basics such as onboarding instructions, marketing collateral, sales best practices, and more. By Cecilia Galvin

Boston-based cloud backup solutions provider Intronis Inc. has introduced a number of new partner enablement resources at the first stop in the Intronis 360° Tour, a multicity road show that kicked off last month in Burlington, Mass.

The primary part of the business-building portfolio is the Intronis Partner Guide, which gives channel partners access to business basics such as onboarding instructions, marketing collateral, sales best practices, and technical information. The Intronis Partner Guide also links to a full library of downloadable documents in the new Intronis Essentials site.

“By combining our onboarding, partner support, and partner management teams into one organization, we’ve been able to listen more, learn more, and become far more responsive and proactive to our partners’ needs,” says Jasmine Lombardi, vice president of Partner Success, Intronis.

Available now, the new Partner Guide and Intronis Essentials site are offered to the company’s channel partners at no additional cost and include access to the following:

  • Partner Toolkit: Provides marketing and sales material including email templates, presentations, success stories, datasheets, and a competitive matrix, as well as a check list, invites, and presentations for a “lunch and learn” event.
  • Updated Knowledge Base: Includes documentation on software requirements, branding, installation, best practices, FAQs, troubleshooting, and a glossary of backup terms.
  • Onboarding Materials: Step-by-step information on setup and management of the Intronis Management Portal and administration of the Intronis ECHOplatform, which aims to simplify how IT pros deploy data protection solutions to their SMB clients.
  • Intronis University: The Intronis University is currently being created, and will provide partners with training to become a Certified Intronis Partner Technician.

The purpose of this library of information is to provide new and experienced Intronis partners with what they need to maximize their sales and marketing efforts and successfully grow their businesses. Intronis channel partners can access the new resources by logging into the Intronis Partner Portal.

The next tour stop is in New York City on July 17, and additional stops will be made in Chicago, Dallas, and on the West Coast, with dates still to be announced.
