HTG Peer Groups to Raise Funds for Hire Heroes on Behalf of Continuum Veterans Foundation

Managed IT services solutions provider Continuum has partnered with HTG Peer Groups, an international organization of IT solution providers with nearly 300 member companies, to raise awareness and funds for Hire Heroes on behalf of the Continuum Veterans Foundation. Hire Heroes USA empowers US military members, veterans, and spouses to succeed in the civilian workforce by providing career coaching and workshops.†

Industry studies estimate that there are over 450,000 IT job openings across the country, which are well suited for many veterans who received technology training. Six of the top ten highest demand job titles for veterans are tied to technology. The Continuum Veterans Foundation (CVF) is committed in helping this group find jobs.

At the HTG Q4 Centralized Meeting, taking place November 10 – 11, at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando, Florida, participating vendors will have items available for a silent auction at the Partner Pavilion to help raise funds for The Continuum Veterans Foundation. The silent auction is scheduled for Nov. 10 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. EST.
