NETGEAR, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTGR) has announced that it has completed its previously announced distribution of 62,500,000 shares of common stock of Arlo Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ARLO) owned by NETGEAR, representing approximately 84.2% of the outstanding shares of Arlo common stock. After the completion of the distribution, NETGEAR no longer owns any shares of Arlo common stock.

The system seeks to give device makers and MSPs improved protection, visibility, and control over IoT hardware.

The new offering combines Avnet hardware and Microsoft’s Azure public cloud with Octonion’s Branium development portal in a bid to simplify the creation of IoT solutions equipped with artificial intelligence.

Unveiled at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show, the new products seek to meet SMB and MSP demands for more cost-effective, high-performance, and simplified network, Wi-Fi, and switching management.

Available later this month, the new offerings target gamers, designers, content creators, and other PC enthusiasts.
