Intel Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 25, 2013 — Intel Corporation’s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 22.5 cents per share (90 cents per share on an annual basis) on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on Nov. 7, 2013.

For the second consecutive year, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Green Power Leadership Awards recognized Intel for “Sustained Excellence in Green Power.” Since 2008, Intel has been the nation’s largest voluntary purchaser of green power.
