Lisa Shorr

Lisa is unique in the MSP, VAR, Telecom Provider space! While many business owners are earning certificates in the latest technology, Lisa has spent the past seven years earning certificates in image and corporate image consulting, more specifically polishing a professional’s verbal and nonverbal communication along with building a can-do mindset that transforms an “IT guy” into an articulate, brand focused, growth-minded leader.

Her coaching comes from experience. Lisa has spent the past 25 years in sales and marketing. She and her husband Eric co-own Secure Future Tech Solutions (SFT), a successful, 7-figure IT Company that focuses on providing IT consulting and support services to small to medium-size businesses. Drawing on her passion for brand development, success at her own MSP, and true entrepreneurial spirit, Lisa launched Shorr Success, her image consulting business in 2012.

For each leader or group Lisa partners with, she customizes her proprietary Shorr-to-Shine System, a series of interactive professional development programs for all levels of an organization, focused on FIVE key pillars that build a personal brand that is confident, consistent, and credible, the traits needed to realize true corporate success.

She is also a client coach for Technology Marketing Toolkit, the premiere IT marketing and business development organization. In this role, she has coached hundreds of IT companies on corporate growth from setting goals, to sales and marketing training, to professional development. 

An accomplished national speaker, Lisa’s audiences have said her workshops are enthusiastic, engaging, and educational. She has delivered workshops and seminars for ChannelPro’s SMB Forum, Nextiva, the Bryant University Women's Summit, The Tech Collective, Center for Women & Enterprise and several Chambers. Her IT and branding articles have been published in notable publications including ChannelPro Magazine (Brand Bytes), PC World Magazine, Providence Business News, GoLocalProv, Rhode Island Small Business Journal, and So Rhode Island Magazine.

Lisa is a current executive board member of the Tech Collective, earned certifications in Advanced Image Consulting from the prestigious London Image Institute and Corporate Image Consultancy from Illustra Business School. She holds an honors degree in Marketing from Bridgewater State University.
