According to Gartner Inc.’s latest data, Salesforce.com leads the world in CRM market share. Among ChannelPro readers, however, it continues to trail Microsoft Dynamics CRM by a wide margin. On the bright side, Salesforce.com did manage to unseat last year’s silver medal victor, IBM Corp., for second-place honors.
