Adam Bielanski
Adam Bielanski is a proven MSP operator, author, and coach who helps managed service providers move from reactive firefighting to predictable, scalable, profitable operations. As COO and Fractional Operational Maturity Officer at FrictionlessIT, he coaches MSP leadership teams on disciplined execution, service delivery maturity, and systems that drive sustainable growth and higher enterprise value. Adam built, scaled, and successfully exited his own MSP before turning his real-world experience into frameworks that MSP owners use to increase margin, reduce chaos, and build repeatable businesses. He is the author of Scaling with Purpose: A Roadmap for Managed Service Providers Seeking Sustainable Growth and remains active in industry advisory roles including the ConnectWise Advisory Council.
Lawrence Cruciana
Lawrence is the President of Corporate Information Technologies and a recognized authority in information risk management and operational IT challenges for mid-market and small governmental organizations. An expert in cybersecurity, he has developed numerous risk management programs using frameworks like NIST CSF and CIS CSC. Lawrence’s current focus is on reducing supply-chain vulnerabilities in the information ecosystem, particularly those affecting smaller entities through IT MSPs and third-party vendors.
Blair Dawson
Blair is a member with McDonald Hopkins LLC and has extensive experience in data privacy and cybersecurity. Her practice focuses on responding to data security incidents while ensuring clients remain compliant with legal requirements, as well as managing operational and reputational impact. She works with clients to contain the incident, minimize disruption to business operations, deliver effective communications and minimize exposure to litigation and investigations. She holds multiple IAPP certifications (FIP, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM) and a M.S. Cybersecurity.
Allen Edwards
Allen is an accomplished entrepreneur, speaker, and author with a keen interest in business. He is the founder of Eureka Process, HiQ Networking, MSP Hire, and Trickster’s Hideout. These businesses range from ITSP to business consulting, software solutions to an IT recruiting firm, and even a nightclub for good measure. HiQ and Eureka both went through a successful sale under his leadership. Over the years, he and his teams have helped hundreds of IT firms and entrepreneurs across the globe achieve significant improvements in productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction and life balance.
Corey Kirkendoll
Corey is President and CEO of 5K Technical Services, an award-winning business committed to establishing solid IT solutions for SMB clients throughout the North Texas area. He has over 27 years of experience in the information services and technology sector, including holding various engineering and director-level positions at IBM, Cisco Systems, Dell, EMC, and VMware. Through his leadership, his relentless focus on being process-oriented, and his commitment to delivering excellence in security and compliance, he has been a major influence on the rapid growth of not only his own MSP, but also others across the country.
Rory Sanchez
Rory is an industry leader and the CEO of Forthright Technology Partners. He previously served as president of managed compliance and cybersecurity provider Cerberus Cyber Sentinel Corp. (Nasdaq: CISO), and CEO of True Digital Security, which was acquired by CISO in January 2022. Rory was a founding member of the ConnectWise Partner Advisory Board, past president of TechData’s TechSelect Advisory Council, and in 2007 was awarded an Industry Contribution Award by CompTIA for his pioneering work in managed IT services.
