MSP training company TruMethods is hosting its fifth annual user conference, Schnizzfest 2014, June 12–14 in Philadelphia at the Hyatt Regency Penn’s Landing. Schnizzfest is a mixture of content, discussions, and member-to-member networking. Topics will include sales, business success principles, and service delivery. More than 200 MSPs from around the world will be in attendance.

This year’s Schnizzfest will feature guest speaker Charlie Wonderlic, CEO of Wonderlic Inc., a leading publisher of employment assessments and student admissions tests. A common concern for business owners is the difficulty of hiring the right employees. Wonderlic will share real-world advice on identifying the best and brightest personnel for a growing MSP. He will also help attendees understand the inherent biases everyone brings to the hiring process. Short on theory and long on actionable advice, Wonderlic will help MSPs begin to pinpoint potential like the pros. Also, on Thursday, June 12, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., TruMethods will host an optional Service Delivery Process Workshop. This workshop is a four-hour pre-day session for business owners, service managers, and key service personnel focused solely on how to build a world-class service delivery process. The session will cover network administration and implementing standards and proactive technical analysis; centralized services and processes; managing proactive delivery; and more.
