Kenna Security Commits to Channel Growth with Hiring of New Channel Chief

Industry Veteran Rick Kramer Joins Kenna Security as Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales and Alliances

Kenna Security, a leader in predictive cyber risk, announced that industry veteran†Rick Kramer†has joined Kenna as vice president of worldwide channel sales and alliances. Kramer will drive Kenna Security’s expanding investments in the channel and develop programs that enable channel and alliance partners to deliver the benefits of the Kenna Security Platform to their customers.

Kramer brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and channel sales to Kenna Security. In his new role, Kramer will be responsible for driving Kenna’s global channel sales and alliances, an area of critical focus for the company’s growth.

Kramer joins Kenna from Tanium, where he led the channel business and was responsible for over†$40M†in ACV bookings this past year. Prior to Tanium, Kramer spent 17 years at Symantec and Veritas, leading the direct sales team, channel and alliance teams, as well as inside sales.

Kramer steps into his new role at Kenna at a time of consistent positive momentum for the company. In 2017 the number of organizations using the Kenna Security Platform grew by more than 60 percent to more than 300 customers currently, and sales of the Kenna Security Platform more than doubled for the third year in a row. Today 25 percent of Fortune 20 firms and 10 percent of Fortune 500 firms employ the Kenna Security Platform.
