Huawei is set to introduce its latest MediaPad Android tablet, model T3-7, exclusively at over 2,300 Walmart locations across the U.S. as well as at Walmart.com. The ultra-slim, feature-rich, super-fast 7″ unit is designed to provide hours of play, entertainment, and information for all age groups. The Huawei T3-7 is available now in Walmart stores and online for $89.

“This is the first Huawei tablet to be available in Walmart locations,” said Robin Zhu, President, Huawei Device USA. “We are delighted to offer Walmart customers a great value on our MediaPad T3-7 tablet, especially during this busy gift-giving season loaded with graduations, Father’s Day, and weddings.”

Features, Features, and More Features

The Huawei MediaPad T3-7 tablet is ultra-slim at just 0.34″ thick and weighs only 8.6 ounces. It has a vibrant 7″ IPS display with an ultra-narrow 0.24″ bezel design. With the latest generation, ultra-fast 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi technology, users will always enjoy a rush of data, wherever they are. A long-life battery provides hours of power. An Android 6.0 operating system makes everything run smoothly.†

The MediaPad T3-7 tablet is a perfect companion for all age levels. Fully customizable user modes control what functions are available to the user, keeping children safe and entertained, and older users from being distracted. Easy-to-use 2MP front and back-facing cameras come in handy on trips, at sporting events, or capturing anything that catches the eye. And there’s plenty of memory to store those videos and photos with 16GB built-in and an expandable SD card slot that supports up to 128GB more. Virtual wide speaker and virtual loudness provide great sound quality.

“We are impressed with the inherent value of the Huawei MediaPad T3-7 Android tablet,” commented Raj Shankaran, Walmart senior buyer for tablets. “We believe our shoppers will be impressed with its many features and great price, whether they purchase it to give as a gift or use themselves.”††††
