Cylance and ConnectWise Partner to Provide AI-Driven Cybersecurity Prevention to More Than 21,000 Global MSPs

CylancePROTECT and CylanceOPTICS now available through ConnectWise Marketplace

Cylance Inc., the company that revolutionized the antivirus and endpoint protection industry with true AI-powered prevention that blocks malware, fileless attacks, and today’s most advanced cyberthreats, announced a new partnership with†ConnectWise, a software company that connects technology teams to the solutions, services, and people that allow them to thrive. The partnership makes Cylance products available to the ConnectWise global partner base of more than 21,000 managed services providers (MSPs) through the ConnectWise Marketplace. By expanding its presence across the ConnectWise network, Cylance is providing global MSPs with the ability to expand their managed security services offerings to include AI-powered endpoint protection.

“ConnectWise is proud to offer CylancePROTECT and CylanceOPTICS to our partners directly,” said Travis Vigneau, director of channel sales and alliances for ConnectWise. “Having Cylance available in the ConnectWise Marketplace allows our partners to provide their customers the preventative protection of advanced security solutions.”

The partnership seamlessly connects CylancePROTECT and CylanceOPTICS with ConnectWise†Manage†and ConnectWise†Automate, the company’s leading software solutions used for both business management and remote monitoring and deployment. MSPs taking advantage of the partnership can now easily deploy Cylance endpoint protection technologies across their customer base to deliver the world’s smartest defense and response against ransomware and other advanced threats. The integration into ConnectWise Manage will allow them to receive and manage error-proof ticketing and alerts.

“Security has made its way to the top of our customers’ priorities lists and they are increasingly turning to us for solutions that help them stay steps ahead of the most advanced threats and attacks,” said Reid Johnston, president and founder, TechGen. “By offering Cylance through the ConnectWise Marketplace, the companies have made it extremely easy to deploy and manage endpoint protection that identifies and stops threats before they penetrate networks. The ease by which whitelisting, cleanup and infections can be taken care of via the Cylance console is also quite remarkable.”

“Businesses are pro-actively looking to MSPs to manage and control their environments, while incorporating security expertise into the offering. With CylancePROTECT the result is that they are able to greatly reduce re-imaging and helpdesk tickets associated with malware,” said Didi Dayton, Vice President of Worldwide Channels and Alliances at Cylance. “The new partnership will equip the extensive ConnectWise partner base with AI-powered endpoint protection to silently help customers prevent cyberattacks, rather than react to breaches after damage has been caused, and without the user or their business being interrupted.”
