Call That Girl's owner, Lisa Hendrickson, is an Outlook Expert and Office 365 Consultant. She supports clients and technicians all around the world. Not only does she enjoy working as a technician, she has a fondness for online networking, social media, creating blogs, documenting, doing her podcast, creating YouTube Videos and doing SEO. She has been creating eBooks, Videos, webinars and online content for our technical community since 2010. You can find her quickly by googling "Outlook Expert" or "Office 365 Expert" and she just this year started a side business offering SEO & Blogging coaching for technicians.
Lisa's technical resume starts in 1996 as a VAX admin at her alma mater and nearly 22 years later, still laughs that she has not used her degree in a career position. She holds two degrees in Criminology and often folks ask what is the correlation of the two interests and she says “I like investigation and that’s pretty much what troubleshooting is, figuring out what happened and solve the crime”.
During her seven years in the corporate world, she always worked with Outlook and Exchange as a lead tech or admin. She found that most network admins didn't enjoy supporting desktop level Outlook and she loved email, so it was a perfect pairing. Her first Exchange admin access was granted after joining the IT department Quake III Lan team. She was also a lead Outlook tech at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota for three years. She closed her corporate career working at Harris IT as a helpdesk tech supporting the Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) and other Government subcontracts.
