Previewed in a conversation with ChannelPro last August and officially unveiled in November, the “Done Deal” program hands fully-signed customers—not leads but revenue-paying customers located, qualified, and closed in advance by Kaseya—to the company’s MSP partners. Any reseller of Kaseya’s Unitrends BDR solution who completes a one-time signup process and two-hour training course can participate. According to Voccola, the new offering delivered more than 400 customers in the fourth quarter of 2018.
“Those numbers are staggering,” he says. “Our backup business is the fastest growing part of our company. It’s exploding, and that’s a big part of why.”
