At its CyberFit Summit event in Miami today, security and BDR vendor Acronis announced that its Cyber Protect Cloud platform now integrates with four popular managed services business tools: Datto RMM, Kaseya’s BMS professional services automation solution, the Tigerpaw One PSA platform, and Ingram Micro’s CloudBlue PSA.
Those integrations join some 22 others rolled out earlier this year involving tools from Addigy, ConnectWise, Jamf, N-able, NinjaOne, Paessler, and Matrix42, among others. Additional links to Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow CORE, and ServiceNow ITSM Pro are currently in the works.
All of that is part of a long-term effort by Acronis to attract MSP partners by boosting technician productivity at a time of increasing end user demands and acute labor shortages, according to Pat Hurley, the company’s vice president and general manager for the Americas.
“We’re trying to integrate into the stack that MSPs use on a daily basis to actually do their business,” he says. “It’s a key component of our strategy.”
