It’s been a remarkable few years for Chris Day. The CEO of managed services documentation vendor IT Glue founded the Vancouver, B.C.-based company in 2013. In 2014, he almost went broke. In 2015, he hired his first employee. And today, in 2018, he has 5,000 MSP customers supporting 500,000 businesses with some 5 million employees.
Earlier this week at IT Glue’s partner conference, GlueCon 2018, Day spoke frankly and at length with ChannelPro about what got him where he is today and what comes next. Here are six insights about him that we gleaned from that conversation.
