Recently, we told you that there are people out there spying on your online activities. Of course, you didn't need us to tell you that -- or maybe you did? If that's the case, you really need to read or watch the news a lot more.
However, there are a few ways to be stealthy about your online activities. There are a variety of ways to cover your tracks, whether it's through apps and software or just a few extra steps during your daily Web surfing. Of course, nothing is foolproof. "You can't hide anything," says Bobby Kuzma, owner of Effortless IT and certified information system security professional. Kuzma says that if the person wants your information bad enough, there are machines, software, and other methods to extract the data. "You can hide things from casual observation, but not from professional investigation." In other words, it may be worth taking some type of precautions.
