Manuel Palachuk has a modest ambition.
“I want to make a million connections,” he says.
More specifically, explains Palachuk (pictured), who is owner and president of MSP consultancy Manuel Palachuk International, he wants to help one MSP share ideas with another one a million times. His latest step toward that goal took place during CompTIA’s recent ChannelCon event in Las Vegas, where Palachuk hosted a free, ad hoc, open-to-anyone mastermind group in which channel pros could share peer-to-peer advice and get expert input from Palachuk himself and five of the SMB channel’s top consultants:
- Amy Babinchak, owner, Third Tier
- Rayanne Buchianico, CEO, ABC Solutions LLC
- James Kernan, principal consultant, Kernan Consulting
- Dave Seibert, CIO, IT Innovators Inc.
- Erick Simpson, founder and chief strategist, ErickSimpson.com
The “coaches huddle,” as Palachuk called it, addressed a host of issues many solution providers and MSPs experience. Here’s a look at what participants said about six of those challenges.
