It’s no secret that global market conditions are shaky. Persistent high inflation, spiking interest rates, continued supply chain slowdowns, and a tight labor market are all over the average morning’s headlines.
“It’s a little bit stormy outside,” observed N-able CEO John Pagliuca (pictured) yesterday during a keynote address at this year’s Empower partner event in Las Vegas.
Yet when Pagliuca speaks with Wall Street analysts, as he does often, they consistently tell him that MSPs are enjoying a “platinum era,” rather than the merely golden era others, including N-able, have spoken about in recent years.
“We’ve been upgraded, folks. Congratulations,” Pagliuca said.
His ensuing presentation addressed the curious mix of promise and peril currently facing MSPs by describing both the “tailwinds” accelerating managed services growth and the “headwinds” that could endanger it. Here’s a look at how he advised his audience to handle both.
