ChannelPro: With 2016 coming to a close soon, what would you highlight as top accomplishments for the year?
Voccola: 2016 has been a momentous year for Kaseya. We launched our IT Complete platform, which is the industry’s first and only unified growth platform for MSPs…Kaseya IT Complete delivers solutions that enable our customers to both RUN their businesses effectively as well as generate revenue to grow their business. The response to this initiative has been tremendously positive. What’s more, our customer satisfaction rating has more than doubled and the average Kaseya customer…grew by more than 34 percent [year over year,] up from 16 percent previously.
Additionally, as part of the IT Complete offering, we introduced Kaseya BMS, a second-generation PSA solution that costs a fraction of the price of competing solutions, which in turn helps our MSP partners be more strategic and invest their capital into revenue generating solutions.
These initiatives and their results demonstrate how Kaseya successfully transitioned its business model in 2016 to one where it is 100 percent aligned with our customers so that the only way we succeed is when our customers’ businesses succeed.
