News is flowing from major vendors in the telecommunications, networking, and cloud computing markets at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas this week. Here’s a look at some of the biggest announcements made so far.
Jive Communications Inc., an Orem, Utah-based provider of hosted unified communications solutions, has rolled out three new services:
- Jive Netview, a network testing and troubleshooting tool.
- Jive Business Continuity, a locally-installed, server-based application that allows businesses to continue placing and receiving calls and messages during internet connectivity outages.
- Zero Touch Provisioning, a new onboarding solution that automatically provisions user accounts in bulk.
“Jive is ensuring our success by offering these innovative tools,” said Nancy Ridge, Jive’s executive vice president for telecom brokers, in a press release. “With its game-changing network performance, combined with simple installations and incredibly sophisticated failback options, Jive is making our lives—and the lives of our partners and customers—easier.”
