Diagnosis: Cartridgeaphrenic Dysphoria
Symptoms: Self-induced color blindness, constant ink deficiency, frequent monoscaneritis, high treatment costs
Prescription: Epson WorkForce ST-3000
Doctor’s Notes: This patient’s remote-working conditions have resulted in several print-related symptoms, the most common of which, Cartridgeaphrenic Dysphoria, is easy to diagnose and treat.
The patient, like many others before, must be able to print, sign, and/or scan documents regularly. Previous printing treatments required frequent refills, most of which are very expensive. This patient maintains a high-cost color printing option, though like others, often tries to reserve or delay refills by opting to print without color.
This patient would benefit from alternate treatment with the Epson WorkForce ST-3000. It forgoes old approaches like replacement cartridges in favor of high-capacity refillable tanks. This treatment can be nearly 30 times more cost-efficient, allowing patients to print color documents at will, while requiring far fewer trips to the pharmacy. Furthermore, monoscaneritis (the ability to scan only one document at a time) is handled by the addition of an auto document feeder.
Side effects may include: Higher paper usage, increased stimulus of color receptors in the eye, feelings of satisfaction
