This product is a little like the BioLite CampStove. That said, when it comes to power sources in the apocalypse, the more the merrier. This one looks like a pot for cooking over an open fire. However, the only thing it cooks up is thermoelectric technology, which can convert heat into electricity. Just add water to the pot and place it over a stove, fire, wood-burning stove, or other heat source. From there, you’ll have up to five watts of power at your disposal, through a standard USB output. That’s enough to charge up a smartphone in about an hour!
