Yet faster than anticipated growth now has the company looking to fill 150 such positions this fiscal year instead.
And that’s not all the recruiting D&H’s busy HR team has ahead of it. The BFG initiative includes plans to increase sales support, operations, and customer service associates by 83%, sales reps focused specifically on emerging technologies like esports by 150%, and support staff for midsize VARs and national partners by at least 35%.
