The E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work and What to Do About It, Michael E. Gerber (HarperCollins; Updated, Subsequent edition; March 1995)
Jason’s Take: There are so many [books] that have shaped me and made me a better leader and us a better company. Picking one is like asking a parent to pick a favorite child. So, I’ll give you two: The E-Myth Revisited because it started us on the path of systematizing our business and looking at how we do things differently. The other book that was revolutionary for me as a leader is Leadership and Self-Deception by The Arbinger Institute. I highly recommend both.
