Literally: The Book on Customer Success for MSPs
By Marni Stockman; Year of the Book Press (October 25, 2021)
Recommended by: Ed Correia, President and CEO, Sagacent Technologies
“I'm forever trying to innovate at Sagacent and grow us to the next level. Two books I recently picked up from a friend of mine, Marni Stockman, [are] Literally: The book on Customer Success for MSPs and …The MSP Owner's Handbook. These are small, they're easy reads, but the reason I'm reading them is they talk about communicating with your clients about the business needs. IT is definitely not the leading discussion, [but] how IT helps their business, how IT moves their business forward, and really having conversations. ... I was trying to up our game in our QBR and multiple people recommended these books. I'm getting ready to go on vacation. I plan to read 'em both again. But it's something we need to improve in 2023.”
