“The reason this book called out to me is because it talks about how we all have areas of genius that we light up in and that we love to work in, and then we all have frustrations. And then there's middle ground where we're neither lit up [nor] frustrated …. The book, along with an assessment that he has on his website, helps you to identify [your areas of genius] and also to identify your teams’ so that you can better align your teams to get work done and do it in everybody's area of genius. So, we've all heard about having the right people in the right seats on the bus. This is very much a book about how to identify what you have and then how to redeploy and reorganize the bus so that you don't have to dismiss people. Maybe they're just sitting in the wrong place, and you just need to move them over, but even better, it gives you tools so that your team can actually adjust themselves and communicate really well through it."
