Kids can get into enough trouble on their own, but armed with smartphones the possibilities are endless.
If you thought staying on top of what TV programs they’re watching and monitoring computer time was hard, it is exponentially more difficult to be the sentry to the app store. While apps with adult content are listed as “must be 17 or older to download,” would this deter a determined middle schooler? Even apps that don’t have adult content can get your kids into trouble, or apps with good intentions can be used for mischief.
