“We’re taking the end user risk for them, so it’s not impacting their credit line,” Carter says of partners. “It allows them to not worry about credit capacity. It’s unlimited. They can just grow.”
Moreover, Ingram calls it Direct Express Complete for a reason. The service comes with private-label invoicing assistance that lets partners bundle in more or less any combination of software, hardware, and services they wish.
