What you do in 2018 may be less important than how you do it, according to Manuel Palachuk, president and head coach of Manuel Palachuk International. Goals, he notes, are extremely important but meaningless without solid execution.
“We must act our way into a new way of thinking, as we rarely think our way into a new way of acting,” Palachuk observes. “My recommendation for this year’s resolution is to be not so focused on a specific measurable but on the actual execution of all those well laid plans.”
