No market was hotter for D&H this year than audiovisual, where sales climbed 112 percent year over year. Peter DiMarco, the company’s vice president of VAR sales, credits that scorching performance to a combination of rising demand for meeting room solutions among SMBs and increased focus on the pro AV space by D&H.
“It was clear as we met with customers and our vendor partners that in the SMB space pro AV, and I think more importantly collaboration-based solutions, were underpenetrated,” he says. Based on input from those same sources, there’s plenty more upside for audiovisual solutions too.
“What we hear is that category will continue to grow at above-market rates in the SMB space,” DiMarco says.
