Master MSP Collabrance LLC, which recently released an MSSP offering that includes SIEM and vulnerability and pen testing, will be launching security awareness training October 1, according to Doug Grimm (pictured), vice president and general manager of the Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Great America company. Cybersecurity “is going to be table stakes to enter [the managed services market],” he says. “You’ll have to have a really bolstered security offering.”
In addition, Grimm says, Collabrance is in the process of following up its recent ConnectWise ticketing integration with invoicing integration.
Finally, the Master MSP has developed a migration plan and checklist to help MSPs transition their customers seamlessly to the Collabrance stack, says Hannah Erb (pictured), strategic business adviser. “We’ve developed a plan so they can see what we need to do the migration and they can focus on higher-level opportunities,” she says.
