Collaboration doesn’t have to be expensive. You can promote a collaborative learning environment by adopting something as simple as the Google Apps for Education platform or even Google Drive. That’s exactly what the West Morris Regional High School District did. Previously, the New Jersey-based schools did not have an easy way to conduct campus-wide communication or to offer students the means to collaborate in a Web-based environment.
With the addition of the Google platform, students and teachers can now upload homework and assignments to one place (Google Drive) that is accessible from anywhere there is an Internet connection. From an admin perspective, it’s easier to mange apps since everyone is on the same platform.
