Auvik Networks spoke freely with ChannelPro about its product roadmap during the conference it hosted in Santa Barbara, Calif., this week. MSPs in its audience, by contrast, heard almost nothing about products from Auvik itself or its guest speakers.
That was no accident. Auvik designed everything about Frankly MSP Live, the company’s first big in-person partner show, to emphasize business growth strategies and success tips rather than solutions, sales initiatives, and technical training.
“This is not a conference about Auvik,” said Jacqui Murphy (pictured), the company’s chief marketing officer, during a welcome presentation Tuesday morning. “This is a conference about the value we’re trying to provide to you as a partner.”
Auvik relied heavily on a “brain trust” of consultants and successful MSPs plus a star-studded lineup of authors and experts to deliver that value. Here’s a peek at a few of the insights those presenters shared.
