Like their customers, most channel pros have been doing business partially or entirely from their homes for months now, and while their productivity generally remains high, their morale and comradery have often suffered.
“They’re losing the lunchtime, water cooler, after work, happy hour [interaction],” Bardissi says, adding that some firms are taking steps to replace it. “Some of these MSPs are starting to plan social activities every once in a while where their staff gets together in order to try and bring some of that magic back.”
