Voxox Introduces Cloud Phone Virtual PBX Service

Voxox’s new Internet telephony offering addresses the needs of businesses with one to 10 employees.

Cloud Phone, Voxox’s new virtual PBX service, is now available for commercial use. Cloud Phone is intended to address the needs of business users who require specific telephony features that go beyond the scope and use cases of Voxox consumer applications, but are more basic than the company’s hosted IP-PBX and SIP trunking business phone. The all Web-based service provides a business telephone number, supports multiple users per account, and integrates call routing and voicemail-to-email delivery within a sleek, simple design.

“We know small business owners and entrepreneurs need cost-effective, easy-to-manage solutions so that they can get on with their core business,” says Bryan Hertz, CEO of Voxox. “We wanted to provide entrepreneurs with a basic yet professional phone service that addresses their telephony needs. Cloud Phone takes full advantage of our powerful unified communications Service Delivery Platform, but its small-scale design and all-Web interface makes it perfect for a small business on a budget.”

According to Voxox, Cloud Phone has advanced business features and functionality, but is purposely designed and pre-configured to be up and running in minutes. Furthermore, it requires no special skills to make changes or adjustments as small business owners add workers and departments to their growing companies. Examples of businesses that might benefit from Cloud Phone include a catering company, mobile car detailing service, financial consulting business, law firm, any sole practitioner, such as a real estate or insurance agent, and almost any one-to-10-person business, whether geographically dispersed or single-location.

There are three subscription plans available for the Voxox Cloud Phone solution:

  • Cloud Phone Basic/Starter Plan, which includes one local phone number, 500 minutes of calling and up to two users for only $19.95 per month. The cost for additional minutes is 4.9 cents per minute.
  • Cloud Phone Plus Plan, which includes one local phone number, 1,000 minutes of calling, and up to five users for only $39.95 per month. The cost for additional minutes is 3.9 cents per minute.
  • Cloud Phone Pro Plan, which includes one local phone number, 5,000 minutes of calling, and up to ten users for only $49.95 per month. The cost for additional minutes is 2.9 cents per minute.

The service subscription can be purchased directly on the Voxox website or through the Voxox Channel Partner Program. Voxox is offering a free 30 day trial of Cloud Phone. For more information about Voxox business solutions, visit www.voxox.com/cloudphone.
