SolarWinds MSP has integrated its N-central RMM solution with Cisco Meraki’s line of networking products.
The new capability, which expands upon previous integration with the Cisco Meraki Marketplace, utilizes Meraki’s Dashboard API to discover and monitor routers, switches, and access points automatically from inside N-central dashboards. Technicians will also receive notifications and alerts in N-central, and see connectivity, traffic, and license warranty reporting data.

As MSP customers seek their help more than ever, we believe the integration with Cisco Meraki and N-central will play another important role in supporting them.”
Integrations like the one announced today are designed to reduce the number of times administrators must swivel from N-central to another tool while resolving tickets. SolarWinds MSP integrated its RMM tools with Microsoft’s Intune management platform in July for the same reason.

N-central is one of two RMM system from SolarWinds MSP, along with the cloud-based SolarWinds RMM.
