OCZ Showcases Enterprise and Client Storage Solutions at CeBIT 2015

The company displays its newly unveiled JetExpress SSD controller, Vector 180 SATA series, and Z-Drive 6000 PCIe SSD series at the event.

OCZ Storage Solutions, a Toshiba Group company and solid state drive (SSD) brand, showcased a full array of enterprise and client storage solutions at the CeBIT 2015 conference in Hannover, Germany.

Catering to both the enterprise and consumer markets, OCZ’s recently unveiled JetExpress SSD controller technology was on display. JetExpress is a native SATA and PCIe/NVMe and supports multiple form factors including M.2, 2.5-inch SATA, and SFF-8639, which enables PCI Express speeds in a compact 2.5-inch form factor. The flexible architecture of JetExpress is designed to offer superior flash endurance empowering SSDs in both mainstream notebooks and hyperscale data centers. †

OCZ also displayed its flash solutions for enterprise applications, including the upcoming Z-Drive 6000, a native PCIe 3.0 NVMe 1.1 solution in an easy-to-deploy 2.5-inch form factor that features a hot pluggable SFF-8639 connector.

Additionally, the company provided an advance look at the upcoming Vector 180 SATA series. This new enthusiast-grade SSD offers to take reliability to the next level with its onboard Power Failure Management Plus (PFM+) feature. The Vector 180 line will be offered in 120GB, 240GB, 480GB, and 960GB models.
