NTRglobal, in Barcelona,
Spain,
announced that it’s NTRsupport remote desktop support solution has been
selected by Ottawa, Canada-based N-able Technologies to power N-able’s†new
N-supportPro remote control and IT support solution. N-supportPro is offered as
a standalone product and can be used to complement N-able’s N-central network
and systems management software, which enables MSPs and other IT professionals
to remotely manage and monitor any IP-enabled device and proactively resolve
customers’ IT issues.

enterprises. NTRsupport is offered as secure SaaS or as a site license model,
which can be installed behind the customer’s firewall on their own server.
